Purpose of This Policy

This policy explains how Spirit of Moon handles digital purchases, delivery, access, and refund requests.

Spirit of Moon offers digital resources for spa professionals, wellness practitioners, and holistic business owners. These resources may include healing modality guides, ritual design frameworks, practitioner materials, marketing blueprints, and space design tools. All products are provided in digital form only, and no physical products are shipped.

By placing an order through Spirit of Moon, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Delivery of Digital Products

All Spirit of Moon products are intangible digital goods. Access is usually provided immediately after payment or within a short period through download access, account access, email delivery, or another digital method used by Spirit of Moon.

A product is considered delivered once the files, links, login details, or access instructions have been made available to the customer. Once digital access has been granted, the order is considered fulfilled.

Because these products are digital in nature, they cannot be returned in the same way as physical items.

Final Sale Rule

All purchases made through Spirit of Moon are generally final.

Since digital products can be accessed, saved, copied, and used soon after purchase, refunds, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not normally available after delivery. Once a product has been accessed, downloaded, or made available, the transaction is treated as complete.

This policy exists because digital content cannot be meaningfully returned once it has been delivered.

Customer Responsibility Before Purchase

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions carefully before completing an order.

Each product page is intended to describe the purpose, contents, and intended use of the resource so that customers can make an informed purchase decision. By buying from Spirit of Moon, you confirm that you have reviewed the available product information and determined that the product is suitable for your needs.

Customers are also responsible for ensuring that their device, browser, internet connection, and software environment are capable of accessing standard digital content.

Limited Exceptions

Although all sales are generally final, Spirit of Moon may review a request in a limited number of cases where there is a verified issue with the order. These situations may include:

  • a duplicate purchase of the same product

  • a confirmed failure on the Spirit of Moon side to provide product access

  • a corrupted or unusable file that cannot be replaced or corrected

Where one of these issues is confirmed, Spirit of Moon may first attempt to resolve the matter by restoring access, reissuing the product, or replacing the affected file. A refund may only be considered if the issue cannot reasonably be resolved in another way.

Any review of a duplicate purchase or delivery problem is handled at the sole discretion of Spirit of Moon.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for reasons such as changing your mind after purchase, no longer needing the product, misunderstanding the product, or failing to read the product description before checkout.

Refunds will also not be provided where the issue relates to personal preferences, customer-side technical limitations, unsupported software, incompatible devices, or a customer’s own internet or system environment.

If the product was delivered as described, dissatisfaction alone does not create a right to a refund.

Access Issues and Technical Limitations

If you experience difficulty accessing a purchased product, Spirit of Moon may make reasonable efforts to help confirm delivery and restore access where appropriate.

Customers should first ensure that they are using a compatible device, stable internet connection, and suitable software for standard digital files and resources. Access problems caused by customer-side technical limitations do not qualify for a refund.

License and Permitted Use

When you purchase a product from Spirit of Moon, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for your own permitted personal or business use.

Purchase does not transfer ownership of the product or its intellectual property. Unless Spirit of Moon gives written permission, customers may not resell, redistribute, share, reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit any purchased material.

Unauthorized sharing of files, links, or access credentials may result in revoked access, refusal of future purchases, or further action where necessary.

Acceptance of This Policy

By purchasing any product from Spirit of Moon, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy before completing your order.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not complete a purchase through the website.
